We are seeking an ERP Manager for First Quality Enterprises. This position will be responsible for low level design, development/configuration, testing, and deployment of all SAP application and integration assets across the enterprise.

   

Primary responsibilities include:

Establishment and adherence to all application development/configuration policies, standards, and guidelinesEstablishment and adherence to all integration development/configuration policies, standards, and guidelinesRelationship Management with all development partnersManagement of on and off-shore vendors/contractors, as needed to support IT EngineeringBudget Management for all SAP engineering effortsSign off on all Functional and Non-Functional requirementsExecution of all SAP development/configuration activities, including interfacesExecution of Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Stress TestingExecution of asset deployment across the system landscape including into Production, including HypercareOwn Knowledge transfer documentation and process for any new assets built and ensure seamless transition into IT Operational processes3rd Level Operational SupportAbility to thrive in entrepreneurial, dynamic, and fluid environment while delivering resultsComfortable with agility, with the ability to handle ambiguity and pivot strategy due to changing dynamics internally and externally

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)10+ years of Cross functional team leadership experience10+ years of SAP experience10+ years of Enterprise Development10+ years of Project Management experience (Waterfall & Agile)5+ years of CPG Manufacturing experience preferred5+ years of Business Process Design experience5+ years of Enterprise Level Integration capabilities5+ years of people management experienceExceptional interpersonal skills to build, develop and maintain solid relationships, both internally and externally and partners cross-functionally on a regular basis Genuine collaborator and team player with solid judgement and integrityQuality mindsetStrong financial acumenExcellent Change Management and Communications capabilities
