Job Summary:

Airswift is seeking an experienced ERP Functional Analyst IV with deep expertise in Alteryx to join a high-impact ERP transformation project. This role will focus on developing Alteryx workflows and models to validate and transform financial and operational data from SAP and PowerPlan, supporting the migration to Oracle Cloud. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Data Transformation & Modeling

Build Alteryx workflows to extract, transform, and validate data from SAP and PowerPlan.

Apply complex business rules sourced from Excel documents or functional SMEs.

Ensure data models meet accuracy, completeness, and control requirements for ERP cutovers.

Work closely with business teams to identify critical data points requiring 100% validation.

Integrate data from additional SAP tables as needed to support evolving business requirements.

Collaboration & Project Support

Support ERP Finance Data Teams and system integrators throughout the data lifecycle.

Participate in data conversion design sessions to define mapping rules and transformation logic.

Help identify data readiness issues and recommend resolution plans.

Work in sync with Power BI and Internal Controls teams to ensure data traceability and compliance.

Documentation & Communication

Document Alteryx logic clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Communicate findings and progress with data leads and leadership teams.

May be required to present data logic or model outcomes to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience.

Strong proficiency with Alteryx in a professional setting.

Experience handling data extracted from SAP (tables) and PowerPlan.

Strong understanding of financial data structures and transformation logic.

Knowledge of SQL and Excel-based rule application.

Experience in data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.

Proven ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.

Preferred:

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (especially Finance modules).

Background in data migration or transformation on enterprise-scale ERP projects.

Exposure to internal controls, audit trail requirements, or compliance documentation.

Familiarity with data governance and sustainment practices.

Industry experience in utilities or energy distribution.
