Your Role:

Join the LS ERP Program as a Data Expert (DE) and play a pivotal role in transforming our Commercial business strategy. Reporting to the Commercial Business Process Owner, you will manage the preparation & deployment of Key Design Decisions and data requirements that will impact the business for years to come. You will collaborate with IT Solution Experts and Business Process Experts to drive continuous improvement and align our business strategy. Your expertise in Commercial processes and data, especially within the Life Sciences industry, will be crucial. You will identify areas for improvement, develop detailed process documentation, data design, and balance multiple responsibilities to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities

Responsible for preparation of Commercial Key Design Decisions & deployment activities and data activities, ensuring adherence to harmonization targetsDrive business process change on an operational level as a change agent while ensuring process simplification & process/system standardizationIdentifies areas for process improvement & works with relevant stakeholders (e.g., ITSEs, Business Process Experts) to implement changeDevelops detailed process data documentation & maintains up-to-date records of all design and deployment activitiesSynthesizes information & provides strong recommendations incorporating business context & dependencies while establishing clear prioritization criteria to determine tradeoffs Anticipates impact not only to one's own function but to the broader organization & takes decisions based on broader business benefitLeverages advanced problem-solving & analytical skills to drive progress on simplifying and improving complex work processes

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or relevant experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience working in Commercial processes/data or a related fieldExperience with ERP systems, preferably within the Life Sciences industryProven track record in managing complex business processes and implementationsExperience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze highly complex business processesAdvanced degree preferredAbility to simplify complex information into clear, actionable insightsEffective communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders and ensure alignmentDemonstrated ability to support the strategic design & development of ERP templates & processesExpertise in change management, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption during process changesStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesAbility to manage multiple projects & tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
