ERP Analyst I

This position would require a hybrid work schedule of 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote out of our Brentwood, TN office location.  

The ERP Analyst I supports the successful implementation, upgrading and enhancing of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne application modules using functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks.  Assists in providing seamless integration between their assigned ERP customer departments and the Technology department to ensure successful ERP operations.  Assists in providing support for various functional areas and various related systems.

Analyzes and assesses the requirements, policies, and procedures related to the software’s functional processes.Assists in the implementation and enhancement of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules.  Works with ERP development team to test and analyze future business needs.Documents processes and procedures outlining current state and future state through workflows and diagrams.Assists in the development of test scripts and the implementation of testing processes and performs preliminary testing.  Assists in building, modifying and maintaining reports leveraging ERP reporting capabilities and other reporting tools.Serves as support resource for the assigned module and for the deployment efforts to all facilities.  Serves as team-member with ERP customer departments.  Maintains understanding of customer department operations and successfully liaises with Technology. Understanding the plans and goals of customer departments, helps determine issues and/or problems that such plans may pose for the ERP system.Follows the CoreCivic program management methodology and works collaboratively with all team members.Assists in resolving problem and request tickets for assigned technology.Assists with ensuring availability of supported technology.Ensures all support is provided in the context of assisting application users to succeed in their business goals.Domestic U.S. travel may be required.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field is required.  One year of systems experience is required, preferably in J.D Edwards or Oracle Cloud Applications.  Additional years of related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.  Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Experience in working on small to medium projects is required. Exposure to large ERP systems is preferred.  Experience with SQL for basic report writing and data validation is preferred.  Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI is also preferred.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
