HealthFitness has a unique opportunity available for an Ergonomic Administrator at our client site located in Houston, TX. This individual serves as central point of contact for participants to report early discomfort/high risk status and obtain intake, evaluations and screenings. Responsible for managing the program mailbox, gathering information, data collection, compiling and interpreting reports, and communicating with employees, vendors, and remotely located business unit contacts. In addition, completes some ergonomic evaluations. Key Accountabilities + Extract and analyze data, generate reports, and assign ergonomic evaluations to team members. Maintain electronic information and reports. Including capacity studies, monthly and weekly reports. + RSI Management System: Manage user roles and permissions and administer security settings and restrictions on RSI Guard Software program. Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting and resolving issues. Collect and evaluate RSIP data to support RSIMS & HSE Advisors. + Scheduled, maintain and attend meetings and calls. + Assist in developing, promoting and marketing wellness and general ERGO education programs. + Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of clients, customers and employees. Communicate process changes and/ or forms to vendors and business organizations. + Determine client risk levels based on predetermined protocols. Recommend proper ergonomic principals and equipment based on individuals risk factors and behaviors. + Provide detailed in-person and remote workstation evaluations for employees and contractors. Promote program offerings and conduct outreach activities such as health fairs and presentations as needed. + Other duties as needed/assigned Minimum Requirements + Associate’s Degree in a business-related field plus two years of related experience OR an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience. + Must have a general understanding of Anatomy and willingness to become HF Ergo Certified. + Strong computer and typing skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including at minimum Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. + Strong interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills including spelling, punctuation, and grammar. + Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands. + Ability to work effectively with all levels of individuals both within HealthFitness and the client organization. + Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
