As an origination assistant within the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team, you will work with investment banking professionals side-by-side, and take part in origination and execution of equity capital markets transactions.
For you to qualify for this role, you should be in your junior / senior year of college / university (well-prepared sophomore acceptable). Business, Economics, or Accounting majors are preferred, but the position is open to students in other fields of study as well.

Job responsibilities
Support origination and execution of equity capital markets business Conduct research on the macroeconomic environment, global and Korea equity markets, industries, companies, and products Assist with production of marketing and deal materials, as well as with financial analysis Produce English / Korean translations Support other investment banking and equity capital markets business
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
College / university junior / senior class (well-prepared sophomore acceptable) Academic background in Business, Economics, or Accounting Strong English / Korean communication skills (written and verbal)
