Starting Pay: $31.25/Hour.Launched in 2019, EverGrain is a sustainable ingredient business created by Anheuser-Busch to unlock every grain of potential in our barley to make a positive impact on people and the planet. Our in-house team of scientists, sustainability experts, nutritionists and product developers ensure we understand every molecule of barley and how we can build an ingredient portfolio that improves the nutrition and environmental integrity of plant-based foods and beverages. To learn more about EverGrain and our ingredients visit www.evergrainingredients.com.Roles and Responsibilities:The Equipment Technician is responsible for enabling excellent performance for their respective equipment centers, encompassing Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Efficiency ownership. The Equipment Technician works with EverGrain Process/Utility Technician teams to improve equipment up-time leveraging technical expertise, driving maintenance execution, developing best practices, and providing coaching and guidance to enable autonomous operations.Core Responsibilities Include:Daily Backlog Prioritization and Planning
Including coordination of maintenance downtime with production prioritiesComplete Corrective and Emergency Maintenance on all equipment centers Complete Preventative Maintenance on all equipment centersIncludes (but is not limited to): Lubrications, Calibrations, Certifications, Inspections, Equipment Overhauls, and Filter Replacements.Spare Part Inventory Maintenance:Includes: Sourcing, receiving, checking parts into and out of inventory, and general sanitation and 5S ownership of the spare part inventory areaRoutine BOM and assembly review for new and existing equipment centers3rd Party Contractor Maintenance Coordination and Oversite Completion of Problem Terminator and Abnormality Reports for the purpose of root cause identification, validation, and review proficient Routine PM and SOP review and revision Deep Cleaning and Tagging Execution Maintenance KPI Improvement Provide Maintenance specific coaching and guidance to enable autonomous operations.Job Requirements:Able to lift 50 poundsBe continuously on feet, stand for up to 12 hours a dayAble to walk up and down stairsWork in varying temperatures and climatesTechnical and computer knowledge.Desired Qualifications:Knowledge of safety policies and proceduresHigh School Diploma or GED2 year technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience in electrical or mechanical fieldMinimum of 5 years of mechanical experience withPump and pump seal installation, troubleshooting, and rebuildsValve installation, troubleshooting, and rebuildsProcess instrumentation installation, set up, and troubleshootingTemperature, Flow, Pressure, pH, conductivity, etc..Steam systemsHeat exchangersIndustrial equipment lubricationElectric Motors, Belt Drives, Chain Drives, Gear Drives, Bearings, Couplings, Clutches and BrakesAble and willing to work mandatory overtime as required.Experience reading engineering drawings and industrial equipment manualsExperience with lifting equipment, hoists, rigging, and slingsBaseline understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
