We are seeking an Equipment Operations Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects. As an Equipment Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, some of which include providing administrative assistance, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication among team members, and ensuring the smooth execution of proposal tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

•\tEdit documents as necessary for Operations Manager review and approval using various editing software such as Microsoft Word/Excel, Adobe, and Bluebeam.
•\tCoordinate meetings and capture minutes to ensure effective communication and documentation of key decisions.
•\tCoordinate with Equipment Technical Sales Managers to formalize current work procedures and processes.
•\tAssist the Operations Manager as necessary with the creation of new tools, templates, and procedures.
•\tCoordinate the review and approval process of updated tools, templates, and procedures with Equipment Technical Sales Team stakeholders.
•\tAssemble templates and procedures in electronic format, utilizing interactive formatting for enhanced searchability and review.
•\tDevelop and maintain Equipment Technical Sales Team SharePoint.
•\tCreate new proposal folders, utilizing standard templates, as required by the Operations Manager.
•\tFacilitate the movement of documents from proposal folders to project folders.
•\tAssist the Operations Manager in tracking lessons learned.
•\tMaintain proposal standard documents, including updates when necessary.
•\tReview and coordinate any needed inclusions or revisions within the Qualtrax Document Control System.
•\tInterface with the Quality Team to expedite stakeholders for necessary documentation submission for Corrective Action closure.
•\tGenerate reports from SAP to ensure that team members are accurately inputting time spent on proposal work.
•\tDisseminate technical information in easy-to-understand language for a non-technical audience
•\tHave technical accuracy in writing technical and procedural documentation
•\tAbility to take existing and potential content and improve it.
•\tConvert complex documentation to easy language for multiple audiences.
•\tWrite documentation for internal teams such as Engineers, Project Managers, and Estimators.
•\tCommunicate complex ideas in a concise manner.

The annual base salary range for this position is $42,900 - $53,650. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Must Have

•\tHigh School Diploma
•\t3+ years proven experience in writing technical documentation.
•\tUnderstand and explain complex technical concepts
•\tStrong research and analytical skills
•\tAbility to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines
•\tExcellent technical writing skills
•\tExcellent verbal communication skills
•\tGood working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs
•\tDetail-oriented

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
