Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We have multiple openings for experienced Equipment Maintenance Technicians in Hillsboro. This role involves working in a high-tech cleanroom environment to support semiconductor manufacturing by performing preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery. This is not an entry-level role; candidates must be able to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical issues and have semiconductor industry experience.

ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on fab equipment.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on equipment.Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive tool breakdowns.Monitor and analyze all related tool data, make recommendations and improvements to maintenance procedures.Work with engineers to design and execute equipment improvement projects.Clearly communicate machine status verbally in daily pass-down meetings.Provide clear written communication to engineers and technicians on other shifts.Essential SkillsAssociate’s degree in Electronics Technology or related electronics/electrical experience from military or 5+ years in industry-specific role.Previous maintenance experience including troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.Ability to speak to specific semiconductor tooling experience.Ability to read blueprints and schematics.Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with specific tooling: ASML 400XT Scanners, ASML PAS5500, TEL ACT 8.Mechanical troubleshooting skills.Robotics and electrical troubleshooting.Preventive maintenance experience in the semiconductor industry.Strong mechanical and electronic knowledge/skills.Proficiency in use of computers, including MS Office.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across functions.Strong time management skills to enable on-time task completion.Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ability to perform physical requirements: stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift, lift up to 35 pounds, and wear a respirator and other personal protective equipment.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $93600.00/yr.
