We are seeking an Equipment Business Development Manager. The role is responsible for driving growth and identifying opportunities for our equipment products in the South / Southeast where opportunities fit. You will utilize your hunting skills and experience to pursue new relationships and deeper market penetration for this exciting area of growth for our company.

Job Description
Develops and executes account plans and strategies aligned for territories. Identifies competitive issues, industry trends and business opportunities. Meets/exceeds assigned sales and profitability targets in the assigned territory.Drives accelerated sales growth in assigned territory for existing accounts and new business to meet sales targets and performance objectives.Create a strategy for market penetration for non-Alpine accounts.Map key external stakeholders and decision makers at customers.Establish stakeholder relationships and identify customer strategy.Identify and pursue business opportunities leveraging field insights, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to drive growth.Develop and own monthly sales plans and provide quarterly updates on progress and results.Serves as the customer advocate and trusted business advisor in the organization. Handles customer issues to resolution. Marshalls resources such as software support, equipment sales and service, and engineering service, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer’s expectations.Key Competencies for Success

4 Yr. Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or Construction Management preferredStrong Sales History ideally with experience in the construction industryDemonstrated experience identifying and pursuing business opportunities, leveraging field insights and competitive intelligence to drive growthDemonstrated experience creating strategic direction for a group of key customers (relevant to industry or position objectives – specifically – centralized, nationwide, multi-location, high-volume, multiple decision makers, etc.)Demonstrated strong cross-functional collaboration to achieve key initiativesProven Experience as a Highly Motivated, Results Driven, Self StarterStrong Computer skills including MS Office Suite Software – industry related software is a plusAdditional Information
