We are seeking a motivated team member to join our Engineering department at BU YanfengAutomotive Interiors.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving equipment and tools to ensure uninterrupted and efficient operation, meeting production needs while controlling and reducing maintenance costs Participates in reviewing the design of new equipment/tools and establishesan equipment/tool list Troubleshoots PLC program errors as required and updates Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) work instructions for equipment Trains maintenance staff and other employees, assessing and enhancing their skill levels to improve efficiency Addresses equipment breakdowns, particularly those causing on-site downtime of over 15minutes, and summarizes the root causes to prevent future issues Manages spare parts inventory, formulates standards and plans for purchasing spare parts and tools, and maintains reasonable inventory levels Standardizes and maintains documentation for equipment maintenance, including checklists, parameter control tables, and PLC program files, ensuring records are available for analysis and archiving Implements and optimizes preventive maintenance plans to enhance equipment performance and efficiency Organizes maintenance personnel and assigns tasks as necessary, providing guidance on repair and maintenance needs Participates in the commissioning and inspection of all facility and equipment installations to ensure safety and operational readiness Conducts risk assessments for safety and health of production equipment and formulates appropriate management plans to mitigate risks Oversees safety operations and inspects procedures to ensure equipment is safe and functional Ensures compliance with internal quality standards and IATF16949 / OHSAS18000 / ISO14000 requirements, continuously improving relevant procedures within the department

Special Requirements:

Level 6 or 7 qualification in Mechanical or Technical Engineering Minimum 2 years of work experience in an industrial environment
