Job summary – What to expect: 

We have an exciting 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity as a EQMS Administrator within our Quality Team.  You will be responsible for administering the Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) in support of UK Manufacturing change management activities.

Specific responsibilities include:

Administer the Document Change Request (DCR) and Document Change Order DCO) workflows in the Agile eQMS system, including:  Reviewing all DCRs/DCOs for potential impact on change management processes.  Ensuring that appropriate cross-references are maintained within the Agile eQMS system. Working with DCR/DCO originators to help prioritise document changes and ensure they are processed in a timely manner. Supports eQMS system users with workflow and record issues.  Support the local departments in the issuance of controlled documents. Creation of team Key Performance Indicators Reviews, actions and updates IT service tickets raised in relation to the UK's eQMS systems. Process access/Agile privilege requests  ETR clean up Problem solve system issues where possible Provide guidance on new workflow routings/approval groups Develops eQMS system documentation, including Work Instructions and Training Guides Deliver training of the eQMS Document Control system and other quality system workstreams when necessary. Participate in system development with the global eQMS Administrators  Assist in the execution of eQMS system testing and validation. Provide administrative support to the regulatory compliance team Assist in the generation of the risk management review data. Produce certificates of analysis for the regulatory affairs team required for product registrations. Performs any other duties identified by QA/RC Management, as may be required.  Provides support to all parts of the organisation, as may be necessary.

About you:

We are looking for someone who has excellent verbal and written communications and highly organised with the following experience:

Experience in a Quality or Systems Support Administration role.  Computer literate, with good skills in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook, and knowledge of relational database systems. Ability to analyse and solve problems. Ability to work effectively either alone or as part of a team. Ability to prioritise workload as appropriate.
