Provide ongoing enterprise-wide support to executive-level management, general staff, consultants, and ancillary personnel as needed and/or requested Serve as liaison between Finance team and IT in order to maintain and improve system stability and data accuracy Serve as liaison between Finance team and external vendors and partners as required Support business in its efforts to make the best possible data-driven decisions Provide data and technical or Excel-based solutions to the business and its resources Lead and/or contribute to the development and review of test procedures Assist and advise in the streamlining and automation of business processes in support of efforts to improve productivity and efficiency Creation of Microsoft SQL stored procedures, administration, and automation; potentially troubleshoot existing procedures and processes as required Administration of Syntellis’ Axiom Healthcare Suite Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to develop or improve reports in order to support the best data-driven, data-supported business decisions Based upon business requirements, administer, create, and modify: Syntellis’ Axiom Healthcare Suite reports Oracle FRS reports Oracle FCCS reports Maintenance of: Oracle EDM and FCCS Axiom Reporting and Budgeting modules Access and security within Syntellis’ Axiom Healthcare Suite Accurate statistical data as defined and determined by executive leadership Provide training services for applicable systems, applications, and processes on an as-needed basis Manage, support and contribute to Syntellis’ Axiom application upgrades, testing, and customization efforts and projects on an ongoing or periodic basis Continuously work in concert with the Finance team to assist with achieving its goals and meeting its deadlines Coordinate and work collaboratively with vendors as well as consulting resources Review, assess, document and provide feedback on scopes of work submitted by vendors
