EPM Implementation Consultant

Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated EPM consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of EPM solutions to enhance financial planning and reporting processes for our clients.

What you will be doing:

Collaborate with senior consultants, business analysts and finance teams to understand business requirements and financial planning processes.

Assist in the design, configuration and deployment of EPM solutions.

Participate in the configuration and customization of EPM models and reports, set up dimensions, hierarchies, and master data mappings.

Work closely with end-users to troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and offer training as needed.

Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Identify and resolve configuration and data-related issues during testing phases.

Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide documentation to ensure successful adoption.

Support the integration of the EPM with other financial systems and data sources.

Stay informed about EPM software updates, features, and best practices.

What we need from you:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or implementing EPM solutions.

Hands-on experience with any EPM platform is highly preferred (Workday Adaptive Insights is a plus, or Onestream, Anaplan, Tagetik).

Strong understanding of financial processes, including FP&A, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and report creation; familiarity with data visualization tools.

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data integration tools is a plus.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong understanding of EPMs principles and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
