Description We are looking for an experienced Epicor Administrator to join our team in St. Paul. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to take ownership of Epicor systems within a dynamic and growing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems and cloud-based technologies, with a passion for optimizing system performance and ensuring seamless operations. Responsibilities: • Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Epicor ERP systems, ensuring efficient performance and reliability. • Manage and support cloud-based Kinetic environments, addressing any technical issues and implementing updates as needed. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements that align with business objectives. • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and networking issues related to Epicor system • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to develop and document best practices for system usage and management. • Analyze system performance and conduct cluster analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks. • Stay current on emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on ERP systems like Epicor. • Proficiency in managing cloud technologies, including Kinetic cloud environments. • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
