Diagnose and troubleshoot all Epic application end-user problems via telephone, voicemail or email. Basic knowledge of the EHR configuration and workflow and working skill in keyboarding. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with non-technical end-users. Ability to enter and resolve trouble tickets in our automated tracking system. Ability to use the organizational learning software to verify end-user training completion as a required for access request approval. Basic ability to troubleshoot a variety of computing, software, printer problems and workflow issues surrounding the use and function of the EHR.

Resolves user problems and needs with the EHR clinical system deployed within the Medical Center.Provides Communication for Management, Internal, and External Customers. Diagnoses and troubleshoots end-user problems with EHR use and hardware issuesCoordinates problem resolution with other help desks in the Enterprise.Position Compensation Range: $21.52 - $33.36 Hourly
