EPIC Senior Analyst
Responsible for examining and evaluating reporting requirements for various business units across the organization. Utilizes proven knowledge of specialized reporting tools (Epic reporting workbench, Power BI, etc.) to develop reporting structures as needed. Proactively generates and compiles reports based on findings, including recommended improvements to, or new requirements for, business processes, operational procedures, and their corresponding reporting structures. **Required Job Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Clinical, or a related field is required. + Minimum of 5 years of revenue-cycle and hospital-based Epic reporting experience is required. + Current Epic certification in Clarity or Caboodle data models and Revenue Data Model are required. + Demonstrated advanced proficiency in writing SQL queries and stored procedures for Clarity and/or Caboodle databases. + Proven experience with reporting tools, including Epic Reporting Workbench reports and data extracts, Crystal Reports (preferred), Power BI, and MS SSRS. + Working knowledge of Epic analytical tools, such as SlicerDicer filters/sessions, Radar dashboards/components, and custom SQL metrics. + Experience in leading projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting established deadlines. + Ability to lead meetings between business stakeholders, technical resources, and third parties to discuss business requirements and technical solutions. + Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. $43.27 - $64.91 Hourly RUSH salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data.
