Epic Revenue Cycle Workstream Lead

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
• The Epic Workstream Lead is responsible for assessing content, implementation strategies, and the impact those strategies will have on workflows and operations for their programs. The Lead reports out on their overall program with respect to any critical decision-making, issues, and top priorities as they arise within their areas. They will be the primary liaison between project leadership and their respective areas. Experience with and/or an existing certification(s) in Epic is required, with application specific experience in the following applications a plus: (Resolute Hospital Billing). Revenue cycle operational experience is preferred, not required.
• Responsibilities Include:
• Provide day-to-day tracking of area-specific content and integrated development of project milestone in every phase
• Provide day-to-day tracking of application teams against project and build milestones
• Facilitate respective governance group
• Coordinate with the other program leads, governance groups, and integrated workgroups on cross-functional content and workflows
• Provide support for management of team managers and project resources
• Provide process and application subject matter knowledge
• Manage team resources, conduct team performance evaluations
• Identify and provide support in resolving integrated issues across the applications slated for implementation
• Identify and escalate issues that may arise during the project
• Facilitate obtaining overall content and integrated workflows related to the respective areas
• Provide the individual application teams the support they require from an operational perspective with overall direction and support
• Serve as the liaison between the application build team and operations
• Drive and participate in design decision recommendations
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
• Must have a current Epic certification in the Revenue Cycle area (Resolute Hospital Billing preferred)
• 7+ years of experience with recent Epic implementations, along with extensive experience in workflow design, troubleshooting, testing, and support; demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
• Experience with leading a team of resources or a revenue cycle workstream
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
• Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Work Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
• Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
