This role is crucial in ensuring that the implementation is executed on time, within budget, and meets the organization's strategic goals. The Program Manager will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including hospital leadership, IT teams, clinical staff, and Epic representatives, to manage the end-to-end process of system implementation, with significant travel required to support on-site activities and stakeholder engagement. #LI-AS1 #remote Qualifications Required qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. + Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in healthcare IT, with at least five (5) years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale EHR implementations, specifically with Epic. + Eight (8) years of progressive experience in managing various IT applications, IT support teams in a distributed computing environment with an emphasis on project management and customer support. + Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and regulatory requirements. + Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-site Epic implementations. + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. + Certification in Epic modules is highly desirable. + Experience with revenue cycle. Preferred qualifications: + Project Management Professional designation (PMI) Certification. + Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts. + Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
