Work you'll do/Responsibilities Analyst will be responsible for the process of implementation and support for the Epic Beaker Anatomic pathology module, including scoping, workflow mapping, data mapping, system build, testing, and go-live support; aiming to streamline the management of tissue samples and reporting within the Anatomic pathology department by leveraging Epic's electronic medical record system. + Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management. + Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes. Qualifications Required + Epic Beaker AP Certified + 3+ Years experience in production support. Ability to work collaboratively with other teams to optimize workflows. + 3+ Years Experience with Requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing and validation, go-live support. + Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. + Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
