Important Skills
Technical:
Ability to plan, design, and configure EPIC modulesCertifications in EPIC - or relevant work experience - Preferably in Claims or Managed Care Modules, but want to see strong EPIC candidates certified across the board, as they have multiple needsAbility to support patient access workflows and maintain or optimize them
Soft:
Ability to create connections with team members and staff - this is a smaller team that supports the entire org and so the right people are comfortable hopping on video calls and connecting with internal stakeholders and end users. Can not be someone who prefers to be heads downEager to learn and help in more than one area - this is a smaller Privately held healthcare organization compared to large hospital systems- the right person will be working on multiple areas of EPIC regardless of their current certifications - great place to learn more, but will be challenged!
Interview Process:
Epic Assessment is taken prior to interviewing with the team, if that standard is met you move to a panel interview with 3 people for a final round
Hours / Shift (if applicable): Normal business hours.
Must Haves:
Experience working with (preferably certified) in one or more EPIC modules
Experience building, designing, and supporting one or more EPIC modules
Experience supporting patient access workflows and implement changes
Ability to meet and connect with users/leaders virtually to understand requirements and then collaborate w/ team to create most effective plans
Plus:
- Ability to come onsite in Charlotte periodically (not required)
Day to Day:
Holly stressed the fact that everyday can be different at OrthoCarolina. Because they are a smaller practice, and because they have a smaller team, this person will be interacting with leaders/users of the different Ambulatory modules and helping troubleshoot, maintain, or enhance the different EPIC modules. There will also be a lot of collaboration with the rest of the EPIC analyst around best practices as they work to create the most effective solutions.

OrthoCarolina is seeking an Epic Analyst (Ambulatory and/or Resolute Analyst) to work with our EPIC team in Charlotte.
*Epic Certification is required for this role - or enough relevant EPIC experience
The Epic Analyst will build and support the planning, design and configuration for patient access. This analyst will also be responsible for application testing, system maintenance and documentation of system procedures. The will work alongside their peers to support the patient access workflows and implement optimizations to meet the organizational needs.
Duties include:
Ensures and maintains the integrity, integration, and stability of applications.Should have experience with and can assist with Ambulatory and/or Resolute processes.Solves complex issues and applies in-depth professional knowledge and practical expertise.Shares knowledge of best practices and understands integration across applications.Develops and maintains test plans and scripts.Completes testing cycles (unit, functional and integration testing).Troubleshoots and tracks issues for Epic system. 1405813_1738332447 To Apply for this Job Click Here
