Responsibilities

The Epic Ambulatory Support Specialist I position duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Support an easy, seamless transition of practice applications and office processes to Epic.Serves as primary point of contact on Epic implementation and optimization assisted by Epic Ambulatory Support Specialist II.Primary point of contact for Electronic Medical Record IS related issues to the physician practices.Communicates project schedules and timelines to practices (Implementation process) assisted by Epic Ambulatory Support Specialist II.Provides at the elbow support during and after Epic implementation.Receives and resolves issues through service desk tickets.

Requirements

High School Diploma

This role will work from home as well as attend site visists at Physicain Practices and attend in-person meetings.
