About the role
We have an entry-level or career change opportunity for an ePAS Administrator to join our Henderson based team. This is a great opportunity for an individual to gain exposure, knowledge and experience of the Defence industry. You’ll gain exposure to many areas of our business including”: Project Controls; Planning and Scheduling; Health, Safety and Environment (HSE); and Production.
You’ll be trained on how to create new ePAS profiles, consult with the ePAS users and ensure correct permissions have been allocated. With the support of the project team you’ll develop reports, presentations and the communication of Safety Alerts for our business.
As a self-motivated, keen to learn individual, you will be supported and trained in all aspects of this position.
About you
With your general administration experience including an high proficiency in MS Word and Excel you’ll successfully contribute to the safety of our teams. You’ll have a strong attention to detail and an advanced level of document formatting to ensure your reports and presentations are of a very high standard.
You’ll be required to hold or be eligible to hold Australian Defence Security Clearance and hold a current Construction Induction Card (White Card).
