As an active or passive EO/IR Systems Engineer, you will work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team that will evolve next-generation of systems supporting the digital/electronic warfare battle environment. We are looking for team players who will support our commitment to diversity and inclusion. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Ability and know how to hands on in the build, integration, & test of laser optical systems including test equipment & measurement techniques. + Experience in optical & opto-mechanical systems. + Experience in aero/defense industry, especially EMD processes. + US Citizenship + Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or related STEM field with 8 years related experience; Master's degree and 6 years related experience; or Ph.D. and 4 years related experience **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** Possessing an active Secret Clearance in able to support designing military products, specifically countermeasure systems and EO/IR camera systems. Experience with any of the following: + Specific skills within the domains of active EO/IR, passive EO/IR or Electronic Warfare (EW). + Executing tasks in Agile Environments (Sprints, Daily Scrums & Retrospectives) + Proficient with Python, C , and/or MATLAB software development. + Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE, SysML) **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
