EOI - Tenant Relations Officer (Office - Cebu) Job ID 200749 Posted 08-Jan-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Property Management Location(s) Cebu City - Cebu - Philippines Tenancy Works § To assist in processing tenants’ or licensees’ renovation plans and assist them in the submission to the relevant government or other authorities. § To assist in the preparation of necessary drawings and documents of the Property requested by tenants or licensees for the fitting out of their premises. § To assist the Company in the handing over of the premises to the tenants or licensees for possession. § To assist in the implementation and enforcement of the rules and regulations pertaining to common areas. § To maintain a set of building/M&E services plans as provided by the Company and to update such plans by ensuring that the as-built plans are submitted by the parties concerned when major retrofits are carried out. § To handle all complaints and requests from tenants and licensees (each such complaint or request shall be specifically recorded in a logbook) and to promptly notify the Company of any major complaint made by a tenant or licensee or of any defective condition in the Property. § To take all proper and necessary action to enforce the terms of all leases and licences in respect of the Property. § To coordinate with PD, TRM, CE all minor repair and maintenance works at the Property upon request of the tenants and be responsible for all liability, loss, damage or claim in respect of any damage whatsoever arising out of or in the course of or by reason of the execution of such repair and maintenance works with fee schedule pre-approved by the Company. – would recommend this as responsibility of PD/TRM/CE. § To handle the dissemination of information/ advisory/ circulars through Client Care Advisory to tenants. § To maintain the tenant database and send updated database once a month to all deparments. Car Park Management Services § To closely coordinate with finance for the collection of parking charges including fees from the sale of monthly or seasonal passes. § Daily operation, general administration, supervision and control of the car park premises including supervision of cleaning, security and repair works to the premises. § Supervise maintenance of car parking equipment and peripherals including the vehicle barrier system, signages and traffic layout. § Review and advise the Company on the appropriate car parking charges including evaluation and recommending various parking schemes to increase occupancy and revenue for the Company. § Facilitate Temporary parking leases and to closely coordinate and submit to finance all new, renewed and terminated parking lease Preparation of monthly accounts and reports and annual budgets. – c/o finance § Maintain and monitor the Car Park Data Base and submit updated database once a month to Finance, PD,TRM. § Handles operation of the Automatic Carpark System and Pay Parking Station + Graduate of Hospitality Management or relevant field + At least 2-3 years experience in handling tenant concerns CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
