**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Sr. Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Supervise a Tea Lady and a Receptionist
+ Coordinate and monitor daily Facilities Management operation (including repair & maintenance, vendor management on performance and contracts)
+ Provide administrative support (announcement, on/off boarding arrangement, office/pantry supplies, budget & invoices management)
+ Responsible for office renovation and relocation projects
+ Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner.
+ Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
+ Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. • Provide support for the team as directed including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
+ Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
+ Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
+ An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
+ Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
+ Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
