About the Role
BGIS is inviting expressions of interest for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in the Sydney CBD. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a solid background in commercial cleaning to step into a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will oversee daily cleaning activities, lead and support on-site staff, and ensure high standards are maintained across all client premises. You’ll also play a key role in quality control, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily cleaning operations across commercial sites Lead, train, and support cleaning team members Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly Manage cleaning supplies and ensure WHS standards are met

About You

Previous experience in a cleaning supervisor or team leader role Strong communication and team leadership skills Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach Ability to work on-site daily and manage cleaning schedules effectively Full working rights in Australia
