EOD Flight Support Technician (FST)
Job Title: Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Flight Support Technician (FST)  Position Number: EOD FST - 002 Location: Yigo, GU Worksite: Andersen Air Force Base, GU Travel: <10% Status: Full-Time Clearance: Secret Date Added: June 5, 2024 Job Summary: The EOD FST provides administrative, technical, and/or logistics support required to enable the EOD flight mission. Duties and Responsibilities: + Prepare and maintain flight’s annual training program using EOD information management system + Assist EOD flight by running/following checklist and team chief guides to call/pass on information with federal, state, and local authorities as well as other base agencies + Draft plans and procedures to ensure flights maintain proficiency in emergency response duties on a continual basis + Facilitate and support implementation of EOD-related training programs developed for other base functional areas + Support EOD presentations, plans and programs related to public awareness + Develop lesson plans, update as necessary, and assist in preparation of operating instructions for EOD flight/training functions to include response + Provide logistics, resources and equipment support as required to ensure compliance with maintenance and tracking requirement + Support environmental programs + Track explosive expenditures, manifesting, and routine disposal permits + Prepare and validate flights’ recurring equipment maintenance program + Assist squadron vehicle NCO by performing duties in support of flight vehicle fleet + Support EOD flights’ ability to respond to emergency operations, deployment tasking, range operations and training requirements with adequate explosives within reasonable and required timelines Qualifications: + Naval School EOD (NAVSCOLEOD) Graduate + DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty + Prior EOD Senior Technician (minimum) + Minimum ten (10) years of EOD experience + Valid Driver’s License + Honorable Discharge + Knowledgeable in all aspects of flight-level Air Force (AF) EOD Functions with a desired level of increased knowledge in AF Training and scheduling + Familiarity with EOD Information Management System (EODIMS), Battlefield Airmen Rapid Refresh and Replenishment (BARS), Enhanced Technical Management System (ETIMS), and AF myLearning, the Learning Management System (LMS) application currently being utilized to document upgrade and qualification training   EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
