Your Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to play a central role in enhancing our sustainability efforts across the organization. This key position focuses on fostering alignment, prioritization, and coordination of sustainability initiatives within our production network. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the different teams across our Business Units to integrate sustainable practices into our core operations, ensuring that our environmental goals are aligned with broader business objectives, ultimately enabling more sustainable practices in our operations.In this capacity, you will be responsible for guiding the alignment of sustainability strategies at local production sites and within business unit supply chains, ensuring they resonate with our organizational priorities. You will work closely with local Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) managers to coordinate efforts that support our global environmental targets while providing expert advice on industry regulations and best practices.Your role will involve engaging with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to embed sustainability into everyday processes. By leveraging digital tools and data analytics, you will track and report on sustainability performance, focusing on metrics that reflect our commitment to sustainability as a fundamental aspect of our business.As a leader, you will lead and facilitate cross-functional task forces and project teams to gather site-specific data and prepare comprehensive sustainability reports for stakeholders. Staying informed about evolving environmental regulations and industry standards will be essential for ensuring compliance and identifying innovative opportunities that drive sustainable business practices.

Who you are:

Degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental sustainability, preferably within the chemicals or semiconductor industry.Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and best practices in the chemicals industry.Proven experience with digital tools and data analytics for sustainability reporting and performance tracking.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
