KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and submit Title V Semi-Annual and Annual Reports in a timely manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and implement environmental programs, including NPDES, WVDEP AST, Waste Management, and Air Quality.Develop and conduct environmental training sessions for staff.Oversee the emissions testing program for heaters and engines.Remain current on environmental laws, regulations, and best practices.Participate in corporate environmental audits and assessments.Provide expert guidance on environmental compliance to internal teams and departments.

SKILLS:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in air quality compliance is preferred.Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.Experience in managing environmental programs related to air, water, and waste.Proficiency in problem-solving and data analysis.Strong background in environmental compliance.Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with operations personnel and regulatory agencies.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED required with 10 years of relevant environmental experience in a process industry (e.g. refining, midstream, petrochemical or other heavy industrial); or Bachelor’s degree in a HES-related field with 5 years relevant environmental experience; or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and/or Engineering with 2 years relevant environmental experienceExperience managing environmental programsAbility to monitor compliance with environmental regulationsAbility to develop business acumen and technical knowledge
