100% FTE, night shift, Monday – Friday, between the hours of 11:00PM – 7:30AM, with rotating on-call weekends. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to:

Education:
Minimum – High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred – Bachelor’s Degree.
Work Experience:
Minimum – Two (2) years previous supervisory or lead role experience in a large organization.
Preferred – Five (5) years previous supervisory experience at an acute health care facility.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – Hazardous waste awareness certificate – must obtain within first year of hire.
If required to driving a company vehicle, the following requirements apply:
Must be 21 years of age to drive a UW Health Fleet vehicle and must be 25 years of age to drive a UW Health vehicle rates for 15 or more passengers. Ability to be insured by Hospital’s risk management insurer which requires (1) a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and (2) successfully passing a driving background check.
