 Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Service Manager 1 for Community Medical Center, located in Toms River, New Jersey. This is a 550 beds facility with 90 client paid staff.  This is a split shift position, with alternate weekends and holidays. Come join a winning team with Sodexo. Must have excellent customer service skills and employee relations skills.  We are looking for candidates who can:Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve patient satisfaction and throughput.Interact with patients and the staffPerform HR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll and direct supervision and developmentMaintain safety documentation and training for unitThe ideal candidate will have the following:Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policiesStrong management skills, preferably in health careStrong team building and employee engagement skillsStrong hospitality focus - be engaged and interactive with all our customers and employeesStrong drive to make things happenKnowledge of best practices in Patient safety
