As an Environmental Project Manager, you’ll lead impactful projects, tackle complex environmental challenges, and grow alongside industry experts. In This Role, You Will:

Manage small to medium projects, guiding teams and ensuring timely, efficient completion. Act as an internal expert for permitting, regulatory guidance, and other project support. Serve as a technical mentor and resource for the team. Lead client communications and manage marketing pursuits. Assist in drafting engineering agreements and ensure adherence to schedules and project milestones. Manage and execute project workload, pricing, estimating, and scoping. Prepare or guide submittals of reports, plans, schedules, studies, and permits.



What You’ll Bring:


Required:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PE license (in WI preferred), and 8+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in air permitting and reporting, SARA Title III Reporting, SPCC plans, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong ability to interpret complex technical guidelines and apply engineering principles to environmental projects.


Preferred Experience:

Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Annual Reporting Environmental Management System Plans and Ongoing Environmental Reporting Assistance for Numerous Industries Regulatory Compliance Assessments RCRA Compliance and Waste Permitting Storm Water Permitting and Pollution Prevention Plans Surface Water Quality Monitoring and Evaluations Wastewater Facility Planning and Design Wastewater Management and Permitting
