Environmental Health & Safety Data Analytics Intern
Data that identifies trends, is predictive, leads to effective change, and tells stories is more than just a collection of numbers or points on a chart – it becomes analysis.

What You’ll Do
You’ll have the opportunity to mine a treasure trove of metrics in order to build advanced analytics while establishing a data-driven approach across our business. Here are a few things you’ll do:
Identify and translate analytical results into insights and recommendationsPerform data analysis and validation, communicating complex analyses conciselyMining and interpreting data, while monitoring and analyzing key metrics to execute reportingCoordinate data feeds and updates and source additional data required for analysisDetermine the value of new internal and external data sources, while merging disparate data sets and transforming the data into usable informationAssist development teams in creating and maintaining data reporting modelsAssist in the development and implementation of data monitoring and measurement systemsCreate new and customer-focused presentation models to enable intuitive data and analysis consumption by field leadersWhat’s In It for You?

Are currently enrolled at an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor’s in a related fieldHave experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis with a keen knowledge of statistical modelsHave experience working with reporting tools and large-scale datasetsHave the confidence to learn new and powerful tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and PowerAppsHave an understanding of data extrapolation, interpretation and chart compilation as well as established skills using ExcelAre an effective communicator with strong time management and presentation skillsAre currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorshipDon’t miss out on the first steps toward your future. Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
