Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician to support coal combustion residual (CCR) and abandoned mine sites throughout Colorado. This role involves extensive fieldwork and requires a strong background in geology and environmental monitoring.

ResponsibilitiesConduct groundwater monitoring and well installation.Perform well sampling and oversee drilling and rock coring operations.Carry out borehole logging and soil sampling.Essential SkillsHAZWOPER certificationStrong background in geologyExperience in sampling and field geologyPrevious experience as a field technician in ColoradoAbility and willingness to spend 80-100% of time in the field at project sites throughout ColoradoAdditional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of hollow stem auger drilling techniquesWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

You will spend 80-100% of your time at project sites throughout Colorado, typically 2-3 days a week. When not in the field, you will report to our Denver office. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
