Job duties include: + Work with Sr Director of EHS Programs to develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs as needed. + Inspect facilities on a regular basis to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standard. + Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate them. + Manage environmental by implementing strategies for waste management, pollution control, and sustainable practices. + Manage submittal of all permit and regulatory required agency reports. + Work with Regulatory Manager to ensure environmental, health, and safety regulations compliance across all facilities and technical services. + Create and maintain emergency response plans for various potential incidents. + Investigate all accidents and near-miss incidents to learn and implement improvements. + Coordinate efforts to develop and execute the corporate EHS Annual Strategy. + Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to integrate EHS considerations into organizational processes and decision-making. + Direct overall EHS data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and track progress toward targets. + Work with Corporate HR, Marketing, and Sr Director of EHS Programs to develop and deploy required EHS training. + Map out EHS training matrix for all facilities and services. + Deploy enterprise processes to improve employee engagement. + Continually improving strategic planning for corporate EHS Programs and Projects. + Communicate with team members, management, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and safety. + Manage site security at North Little Rock facility. + Manage the EHS budget. + Other duties as assigned. **YOUR MUST HAVES:** + Must be 18 years or older. + 7 or more years of related EHS experience. + Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field. + 3 or more years managing people. + Experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Understanding of relevant regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA) and industry standards + Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with employees at all levels + Managed multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines + Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in EHS practices **WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:** + CSP, CIH, CHMM + Masters Degree in environmental science, occupational health, safety management, or a related field **OUR ENVIRONMENT:** This is a hybrid role, partially based at the North Little Rock, AR headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. This position also requires travel to the Kieler, WI facility in addition to other company facilities.
