**Job Title: Production Specialist-1** Shifts Available: + 1st Shift (6:30am- 3:00pm Monday- Friday or 5:30am- 2:30pm Monday- Friday) + 2nd shift (3pm- 11:30pm Monday- Friday) + 3rd shift (10pm- 6:30am Sunday- Thursday) **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Specialist-1, where you will play a crucial role in manufacturing data servers for a large distribution company known for its stability and long-term business. Our clean and mostly temperature-controlled facility ensures a comfortable work environment. This is a metal-free facility, and you will be required to wear composite shoes starting from Day 1. The position offers the opportunity to work in various roles throughout the facility, including warehouse, assembly, and testing. We have openings for both 1st and 2nd shifts. **Responsibilities** + Production Specialist-Materials: Receive products, remove packaging, and break down boxes. Label products and place them in appropriate bins. Utilize scanners and computers, especially Excel, with provided training. Be open to moving into different roles and cross-training as needed. + Production Specialist-Mechanical Assembly: Work at one of nine specific stations along an assembly line. Use an electric screwdriver to assemble parts according to provided instructions. Rotate stations to learn different parts of the process and qualify for pay increases. Be prepared for repetitive tasks and some physical exertion. + Production Specialist-Rack Assembly: Assemble racks using an electric screwdriver and place servers (weighing about 40 lbs) with the help of a lifting tool. Label and place cables as per work instructions.
