Step into Your New Role This position within Kleinfelder involves the collection of environmental data from sites in various stages of the assessment and remediation process. Under direct supervision, this person will participate in and be responsible for completing defined field and office tasks including:Groundwater samplingCollection of soil samplesInstallation of monitoring wellsPhase I Environmental Site AssessmentsSpill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) preparations and inspectionsAir quality permitting and engineeringIdentification and evaluation of sensitive receptorsAnalyzing and interpreting analytical dataAuthoring technical reportsProgressing sites towards regulatory closureLearning and honing the fundamentals of environmental data collectionAnalytical data validation and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)Observation and documentation in support of scientific investigations and engineered solutions.  This role requires working within the context of local, state, federal regulations, client requirements, and as a part of a project team under the direction of a project manager with other staff professionals.  This position may require work on projects requiring full vaccination from COVID-19.  If that is the case, you will be required to show proof of vaccination or an acceptable exemption in order to work on the project.  Experience:0-2 years of experience.
