Description + Prepare and process journal entries, account reconciliations, and related tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards. + Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings. + Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities, including reviewing invoices, processing payments, and managing client accounts. + Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and internal documentation. + Provide support during audits and tax preparation processes. + Assist with maintaining organized records and adhering to data integrity policies. + Collaborate with other accounting team members and departments as needed. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required. + Recent graduates and candidates pursuing CPA licensure are encouraged to apply. + Strong mathematical and analytical skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or other platforms) is a plus. + Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace and work collaboratively with teams.
