Job Description: Entry-Level Accountant
Description
•\tManage financial reporting to ensure adherence with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies and procedures
•\tPerform and improve the month-end reconciliations and close processes for multiple entities
•\tReview monthly financial results and prepare reporting package for final review by the Controller
•\tIdentify and develop process improvements while maximizing the full potential of Sage Intacct
•\tAssist with year end audit and data requests
•\tAssist with preparing and finalizing operating budgets
•\tPreparing and maintaining cash flow forecasts
•\tPreparing quarterly reporting required by lenders, actively monitoring and ensuring we are in compliance with financial covenants
•\tMaintain cash collections for internal rental agreements and payments
Necessary Skills:
Must have a Bachelors in Accounting or Finance Entry level or 1+ years of experienceMust have Microsoft Excel experienceExperience with or an understanding of - posting journal entries, understand GAAP, P&L reviews, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliationsPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
