Entry IT Analyst
General Summary Provide support to the Help Desk and SA teams through communication with the various labs and stakeholders and problem-solving. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions) Provide support to the Operations Team, to include helpdesk, configuration management, property, and security. Assist in inventory accountability. Provide initial support for technical inquiries received via phone, email, or messaging applications. Gather detailed information from the end user to assess the nature of problems and resolve simple and basic support issues. May escalate problems, if necessary, to second level technical support. Required SkillsRequired Experience + High school diploma or equivalent + 0-1 years of customer service work experience desired + Ability to write, listen and communicate effectively + General familiarity with hardware and/or software products required + DoD Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship required Preferred Qualifications + Security+ or other DoD 8570 IAT II Certification + Linux Experience + RSA Experience Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
