The Role

Support Delivery Governance Policies and Procedures Manage and lead complex enterprise technology projects through all project lifecycle phases Produce status reporting to project skateholders, including RAID logs Lead project review meetings on assigned projects Management reporting including status reports, and financial statements on assigned projects Control and manage Project budgets upto $1m Build and manage project plans, schedules and teams Construct robust business cases for Senior Stakeholder and Executive reviews and approvals Provide guidance and assistance to internal and external customers regarding the project methodology Delivery processes, etc. Support continuous improvement to processes and procedures e.g. project management and financial reporting Establish strong working relationship with the line-of-business and outsourcing providers

The Requirement

Minimum 5years experience in coordinating and managing infrastructure technology projectsExpertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Interpersonal skills to maintain and develop relationships at all levels within Willis Towers Watson and with the outsourcing providersDetail oriented with focus on producing high quality workExperience taking initiative and working proactively to complete tasks, solve problems and making decisionsAbility to absorb a lot of information at one time and quickly prioritize the most important pointsAbility to work independently and manage own workload Excellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize

Desirable

Industry recognized Project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2)Experience of working in IT environmentAn understanding of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) process / disciplinesMicrosoft suite of tools and Project Portfolio Management tools
