Job Overview
Condé Nast is seeking an Enterprise Success Sr. Specialist who will collaborate and partner with the Digital, Sales and CNCC teams to drive adoption and grow commercial revenue of Condé Nast’s Digital Product Playbook. As an Enterprise Success Sr. Specialist, you play a critical role throughout the lifecycle of a deal as both a digital solutions expert and trusted strategist within your assigned category. This role is responsible for ensuring the Digital Product Playbook is understood and scaled across the commercial organization specific to advertisers’ needs.
As part of the larger Global Enterprise Solutions division, you will build working knowledge of an evolving set of innovation products and platform capabilities. Your deep understanding of your category’s business objectives and ability to problem solve will shape future strategies through data driven insights, enhancements and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert product knowledge to the Digital, Sales and CNCC organization in order for adjacent teams to pitch and activate the Digital Product Playbook
Partner with Enterprise Solutions Product Specialists to gain proficiency in Conde Nast’s suite of Native, Streaming, and Platform solutions.
Source and qualify feedback from internal stakeholders and category teams on product capabilities, activation operations, performance and more to inform the continued iteration of Conde Nast’s product playbook.
Lead internal communications with category teams during product launches and updates by tailoring enterprise level go to market strategies to category-specific positioning and tactics.
Represent category priorities during the product development process and identify key enhancements themes that can scale across the commercial team.
Apply marketplace knowledge to vet key product features, brainstorm selling points and key marketing guidelines, and surface potential barriers to success prior to launch.
Maintain regular touchpoints with sales to proactively communicate product updates, provide activation support, and highlight relevant digital product packaging.
Support RFP strategy and response for key clients by assessing client objectives, provide performance-driven recommendations, and identify upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with Performance and Measurement teams to standardize insight sharing and assist in communicating how digital innovation products contribute to overall campaign performance.
Manage a consultative, long-term partnership with key advertising clients alongside Condé Nast internal teams to build productive relationships that drive feedback and product adoption

The expected base salary range for this position is from $73,000-$129,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
