Enterprise Subscription Representative

Ireland (Dublin) – Hybrid (minimum twice per week)
Position Summary:
Our Enterprise Subscription Representatives are responsible for driving the on-time renewals of Enterprise SELECT accounts and supporting renewals and new conversions to our E365 program. Our mission is to deliver value and drive exceptional financial results by providing outstanding service to our sales force and user base. We are responsible for the management of some of Bentley’s largest contracts and we’re looking for someone to bring their successful track record in recurring revenue management and operations to Bentley in this key contributor role based in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
Maximize Bentley revenue within your market while ensuring ongoing account retention, by managing a designated portfolio of accounts to ensure contract renewals. Communicate the value of Enterprise programs to Bentley users. Ensure that clear and consistent information on program details is being relayed to Bentley users. Achieve quarterly and annual goals related to recurring revenue, account retention, and product expansion for your market. Maintain an appropriate level of Product/Solution knowledge for all product verticals and applications. Promote and deliver Enterprise program services to Bentley Users with a focus on User retention. Facilitate effective communication between multiple departments to complete subscription-related requests. Maintain accurate forecast updates on renewal and conversion pipeline.Contract administration and invoice query resolution. Update/Process and maintain contract information and invoice in CRM and ERP system.
What You Bring to the Team:
2-4 years experience in Renewals roles within the software industry. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals in software subscription management and operations. A results-focused professional, self-motivated and with clear goals, who can use these individual traits to adopt a team approach to best-in-class user service. Ability to review and understand contractual terms and conditions. Self-motivated, determined, work well on their initiative, and have a “can do” attitude. Possess excellent communication and time management capabilities. Able to consult with customers on solutions. Customer-focused; people orientated and delivers exceptional customer service. Possess a strong sales operations/sales process discipline and knowledge of CRM. Capacity to multi-task with exceptional organizational skills. SaaS business experience is a plus.
