The Field Service Representative is an experienced professional who must respond to equipment problems by providing corrective & preventive service measures to our customers, and complete service reports and expenses.

As a Field Service Representative – Enterprise Services you will be responsible for: 

Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on all Medical Imaging equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision. Providing on-site and remote support during all phases of the equipment sales and post-sale activities. Working closely with Sales, Clinical Applications Specialists, and other department managers to develop and maintain a strong relationship. Acting as a primary contact for customers. Being accountable for the performance of the equipment with respect to its reliability, downtime, and first-time fix rate, Complying with the quality system and exercising fiscal responsibility. Managing parts return, preventative maintenance, and equipment updates.

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Accurate and displays strong attention to detail Demonstrates ownership and accountability  Exceptional communication skills Excellent planning, critical thinking and time management skills Ability to work shifts (including evening and weekends)

Required skills to have for the success of this role: 

Biomedical engineering technologist / Electronic Technologist or equivalent from a recognized institution. Minimum 2-5 years practical experience in a customer facing hospital environment and with Medical Imaging. Solid computer skills with understanding of IT and Networking. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good knowledge of English. Excellent oral and verbal communication. Excellent analytical and creative thinking skill is required. Individuals must be able to perform duties that may be physically demanding (lifting, walking, climbing, etc.) Valid driver’s license Must have valid passport Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes (without restrictions). Strong background in a customer-focused environment would be an asset. OEM medical imaging equipment service experience would be an asset.
