Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $64,200.00 - $96,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

Cox Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Security Operations Analyst II who will play a vital role in supporting the security team's day-to-day operational needs by managing and optimizing processes related to physical security. This position requires strong organizational skills, critical thinking, time management skills, and a meticulous approach to detail. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach and management collaboration in supporting cross-functional security teams and embracing a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Management and reconciliation of OSHA WPV requirements to include monthly divisional intake and reporting to include ad-hoc audit and reports as requested for Legal and HR team(s)

Management of intake process & reconciliation of assigned cases by Ethics and Compliance team(s)

Assist with management of safety & security assessments required by OSHA WPV audits to include action plans & project mgmt. support

Assist with the management of monitoring and ad-hoc reports of the domestic travel program.

Assist with alerts and reporting for the international travel program & 3rd party business compliance tool as it relates to the company’s physical security posture.

Provide support to financial operation functions, e.g., invoice transactions, account audits & vendor reconciliations/claims.

Assist with database management of physical security applications to include access, user profiles, alerts, and location/category updates, in addition to performing audits of incident and case intake.

Provide ad-hoc administrative support to department and department leaders as needed. 

Calendar and expense management in support of department leaders

Provide ad-hoc assistance to Sec Intel & Investigations team with needs as well as support required for major incidents/events   

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field.

At least (2) years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably within a large corporate security environment

Expert-level experience in Microsoft applications w/ the aptitude to expand technology knowledge

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Excellent calendar and expense management skills

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to conduct briefings that present clear, concise, logical-based conclusions to support and inform leaders for the decision-making process

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and help implement new ideas to help drive the program forward

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Demonstrated good judgment in identifying issues for escalation

Bachelor’s or other advanced degrees are strongly preferred; commensurate job or military experience will be considered
