Enterprise Sales Executive

ValPay is looking to hire an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing team in Australia!

You’ll be responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying new leads and securing contracts to managing relationships through to successful project completion. This role is commission-based, offering high earnings potential based on performance.

The successful candidate will identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities by working with hotels and hospitality businesses to adopt our industry-leading payment solutions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory while developing strong relationships with key players in the hospitality market.

What your day will look like:

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target verticals End-to-End Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiations to deal closure and contract execution Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering future business Sales Development: Identify and engage with potential clients, leveraging leads from various channels, including referrals, partnerships, and inbound inquiries Client Consultation: Understand the unique needs of prospective clients and present tailored solutions Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent progress toward quarterly and annual revenue goals Market Outreach: Collaborate with industry partners to drive awareness of ValPay solutions Negotiation and Closing: Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, support, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client experiences Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and inform product development

About You:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a similar related discipline is advantageous Experience in sales and business development, leadership in B2B sectors Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Experience in closing enterprise deals A proven track record in direct sales experience within SaaS, software, payment solutions, technology sales, business development, or account management Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner Must exhibit a hunter mentality, a professional demeanour, and a high sense of urgency Proficiency with CRM software, e.g. Salesforce, and familiarity with property management systems is a plus Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment Good knowledge of the hospitality space and goals of an independent hotelier Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities A proven ability to drive results, be resilient during challenging sales situations, have a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential   Legally authorized to work in Australia
