Key Responsibilities
• Account Management:
• Manage a portfolio of existing customers in the Benelux and Nordics region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their business goals, challenges, and needs.
• Customer Success:
• Ensure customers achieve maximum ROI from their UKG solutions.
• Monitor adoption and utilization of UKG products, providing best practices and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer challenges promptly.
• Revenue Growth & Retention:
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional UKG solutions and services.
• Drive contract renewals and negotiate agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
• Meet or exceed revenue growth and retention targets.
• Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to align customer strategies.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance the customer experience and improve product offerings.
Qualifications
• Experience:
• Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role.
• Experience in SaaS, HCM, workforce management, or technology solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience working with customers across the Benelux and/or Nordics region is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Dutch and English (knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and align them with UKG’s offerings.
• Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships.

• Results-driven and motivated to exceed targets.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
