Your Title: Sales Engineer

What You Will Do

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll bring your technical expertise to life through captivating sales presentations, and dynamic product demos, for our TMWSuite product. Work successfully with our sales team to assess how our products align with customer needs, and craft detailed product demos to drive customer solutions.

Provide pre and post-sales support to sales personnel for the TMWSuite TMS platform:

Participate with sales personnel conducting on-site business assessments to understand the needs of the prospective company.

Configure TMWSuite and demonstrate how Trimble can solve prospects' business issues on-site and in remote presentations.

Present select additional Trimble solutions that support a customer's business.

Work with sales personnel to develop and present a positive ROI.

Provide training on new features and functionality to field sales.

Provide advice and support to field sales for Pricing / Proposal configurations for TMWSuite.

Extensive use of Google Meet for demos to prospects, and training and support of field sales.

Trade Show support.

Responding to prospect Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Extensive knowledge of TMWSuite and/or a similar carrier TMS solution. 

Excellent understanding of the transportation industry (Truckload, LTL, Intermodal and Brokerage operations).

Exceptional sales acumen.

Excellent presentation skills.

Strong listening and communication abilities. 

Ability to travel (approximately 50%).

Preferred Skills:

Practical knowledge of SQL.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure platforms
