Enterprise Marketing Manager

Summary:

The Enterprise Marketing Manager is the vital link to keep marketing colleagues and everyday operations connected to marketing’s strategic vision. This role will support the team by providing enterprise-wide strategic direction, visual storytelling, change management communication, and orchestrating elements of the department to ensure they are part of a cohesive whole. This person will translate the department’s vision into a strategic framework, coordinate programs, manage timelines, develop marketing and communication materials, drive operational change, and proactively help guide the team forward.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Department strategic framework development and connectionsRecommend and develop enterprise-wide strategic programming.Provide strategic direction to department leadership with expert advice to enhance the team’s effectiveness.Translate the department’s vision into a strategic roadmap that will guide the team and be socialized with the bank’s leadership.Connect strategic dots across the department to keep the team moving toward its vision.Create strategic decks, vision casting, storytellingPrepare strategic updates for the bank’s leaderships by proactively creating plans, reviewing with Marketing leadership, and creating decks aligned to Marketing’s strategic initiatives.Set key performance indicators to measure and improve team performance.Provide hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress.Complete special projects and initiatives with skillful oversight and support.Lead meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination.Operations and process reengineeringIdentify areas of improvement across the organization and making actionable recommendations.Create visually appealing and engaging presentations to support business objectives by working with a variety of stakeholders to gather information, create content, and develop a cohesive story.Partner with the Marketing Operations Director to build and implement operational programs and initiatives designed to support and evolve the department.Change communicationLead change management and communication strategies, including the marketing newsletter development, SharePoint site management, and quarterly meeting planning and facilitation.Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum of 8-10 years of direct marketing, program management, or communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Detail-oriented, with an analytical and financial orientationStrong relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across broad stakeholder groupsExcellent written and oral communication skillsVisual storytelling with excellent PowerPoint skillsExperience with department leadership of a large organization
